Performance: SZ can break down fat molecules, make degreasing more evenly, and thoroughly. Dyeing uniformity, and JZ can improve the absorption rate of the dye. It can improve the quality of the suede leather, pile is uniform and meticulous. It can loose fiber and eliminate the skin grain.


Benefits: SZ can be used in the acid environment, which can effectively break down fat. It has good degreasing effect, and it is more effective with degreasing agent in degreasing process of wet blue or fur, which is helpful to the operation of the following process. SZ the Enzyme For Leather can completely eliminate the phenomenon of oil cream on finished leather caused by the high fat content of original skin.


Applications: SZ can be used for degreasing in the acid leather, wet blue and fur, and can be added directly without dissolving. The effect of degreasing is very good on the skin of the high fat content (e.g., pig skin, sheep skin).


The optimal pH is 3.0-5.0.


SZ can be used under the condition of 15 ℃ to 65℃.


Suggested dosages are as follows (% on Pelt Wt):
Cowhide: 0.20%- 0.50%
Pig skin : 0.50% -1.50%
Goat skin : 0.50% -1.50%
Sheep skin : 0.50% -2.00%


Safety: Enzyme preparations have dust. It demands to avoid the inhalation and prolonged contact with skin and eyes.


Storage: Store the product in a dry and cool place, avoid the activity reduction caused by wetness, rain and sunshine.


Packing: 25 kg in plastic bag. (Other package standard is possible according to the customer requirement)


Shelf life: One year
